SORPRENTAS INFORMATION

WHO
It was January 2003 when we (Alphons, Marieke and 5 months old daughter Mees) traded rainy and crowded Holland for Spain to start a new life. We now live in beautiful Ronda. Our website has been up and running since September 2003. At first only in Dutch (as we are) and now also in English. Swedish, Norwegian, German and Spanish will follow shortly.

WHAT
Like all parents we like to give practical and nice things to (our) children (yes, now we have two.....beautiful girls). As a gift to newborn babies in our family and friends circles, Marieke designed some prints which she had printed on sheets with the name of the baby. This is how the business got started. We now print on our rompers, bibs and t-shirts as well. Take a closer look at PERSONALIZED GIFTS!

WHAT NEXT....
Allready with our second child and settled in our new home, Marieke has designed decorative stuff for babies and toddlers rooms. We now offer three complete lines with curtains, sleeping gear, plaids, bedcovers, lamps etc.... For more details take a closer look at KIDSROOM!

AND MORE....
For a trade fair, we had a cot and junior bed handmade by a local craftman to our own design. The people just loved them, so now we offer them as well to the public at very competitive rates. Take a look at BEDDING!

THEN WHAT....
Because we love them ourselves, we added original Spanish espadrilles for all ladies and little girls to our website. We have them made in a small Andalusian village. You can order them at ESPADRILLES!

HOW TO ORDER
Clicking "order information" on each page gives you the option to choose the product of your choice.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
We work with a payment provider, called "Triple Deal". Their data processing is highly secured. You'll pay them and they pay us when the product meets your expectations. Delivery of the finished product takes about 4 working days. All personalized gifts we produce the next business day. We deliver the espadrilles from our stock. All orders are wrapped in an original and secure way.

We have the beds made on request. We'll contact you to talk about the details after receiving your mail request. The manufacture takes about 3 weeks + 1 week for shipping.

GENERAL TERMS

PAYMENT
Your payments will be processed by our payment provider Triple Deal. You'll never pay us directly. Triple Deal pays us when the product meets your satisfaction. Triple Deal offers various payment options amongst which paypal, mastercard or visa are the most common. All prices are in GBP, including v.a.t..

DELIVERY
For product forwarding we work with Spanish Correos which is a part of Deutsche Post Gruppe. We have worked with them since September 2003. They have never let us down so far!

COMPLAINTS
If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us through info@sorprentas.com. Your complaint will be dealt with immediately and we'll contact you within 24 hours to offer a satisfactory solution. Any expressed dissatisfaction with goods received must be received by us by email no later then 18 days from shipment date.

PRIVACY
All your data will be used for processing your order only!!

REFUSAL
SORPRENTAS reserve the right to refuse any order without reason. Notification of any refusal will be given by email.

RESPONSABILITY
All business transactions with SORPRENTAS are subject to Dutch law. SORPRENTAS cannot be held responsable for damage to the materials caused by improper use.
